We are manufacturing four types of tapes.
Made out of 100% Kevlar (warp & weft spun Kevlar).tapes are pre-stretched and give life between 5 to 6 shifts (life depending on better maintenance). Recommended for more than 4000 cigarettes per minute (yellow-color).
These are used in Cigarette Industry to manufacture cigarettes on these tapes.
It is made out of Lenin/kevlar for MK8
Made out of linen & kevlar (warp linen & weft Kevlar spun yarn). Tapes are pre-stretched and give life between 3 to 4 shifts (life depending on better maintenance). Recommended for below 3500 cigarettes per minute. (Natural color).
It is made out of Cotton/Polyamide for MK8
Made out of sixes cotton yarn & polyester cotton (warp cotton & weft polyester cotton). Tapes are pre-stretched and give life between 3 to 4 shifts (life depending on better maintenance). Recommended for below 3500 cigarettes per minute white colour).
Made out of rayon & cotton (warp rayon & weft cotton). Tapes are pre-stretched and give life between 2 to 3 shifts (life depending on better maintenance). Recommended for below 3500 cigarettes per minute. (Natural colour).
